| This training provides participants with information on Federal Sector EEO Policy; the FAA Administrator's EEO Policy; harassment including sexual harassment; inappropriate conduct and the penalties associated associated with such behavior; the EEO Pre-Complaint Process; reprisal; how to manage their behavior; and handling inappropriate behavior by others. At the conclusion of the training participants will understand EEO policy and the difference between appropriate and inappropriate behavior in the federal workplace.
