| This Supervisory Skills Training (SST) aims to simplify information for managers when making decisions to approve family friendly leave to care for family members. It will clarify the relationships between the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), sick leave for general family medical care and bereavement, sick leave to care for a family member with a serious health condition, and donated leave for leave recipients accepted into the Voluntary Leave Transfer Program to care for a family member. New information regarding FAA policy on FMLA and VLTP will also be provided. This item provides 2 hours of credit toward FAAs continuing management education (CME) requirement for managers. | |||
