FMC-1 is the first component of the Frontline Manager Series. This course is intended to promote awareness of managerial responsibilities, regulations, policies, procedures, and sources of detailed guidance in labor relations, employee relations, workplace issues, model EEO workplace, performance management, personnel practices and financial management. It is designed to meet the needs of newly-appointed managers, experienced managers transferring to FAA from private industry or the military, and team leaders. Non-managers may also find it of value to support career development. This item provides 40 hours of credit toward FAAs continuing management education (CME) requirement for managers.
