| Provide FAA managers with: A clear understanding of the FAAs Employee Assistance Program (EAP) has transformed over the past year and a half. Services have been dramatically expanded. This presentation will provide managers with an overview of the EAP including all of the expanded new WorkLife Services (Legal, Financial, Geriatric Care management, HR Concierge) and show that how they can use the EAP and WorkLife Program to effectively manage their diverse employee population. Information about training, critical incident stress management and manager consultations will also be discussed. This item provides 2 hours of credit toward FAAs continuing management education (CME) requirement for managers. | |||
