| Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is a collaborative, consensual dispute resolution approach. This course gives participants an overview of options other than a courtroom to resolve the pre-complaint or formal stage of an EEO complaint. Mediation is the ADR process used in the EEO ADR Program. At the conclusion of this training, participants will have a basic understanding of the benefits of the mediation process in lieu of the traditional complaint process. | |||
