| This course provides awareness training for FAA Managers and Supervisors on the FAA's Safety Management Information System (SMIS) used to capture all employee accidents, incidents, and mishaps. Training topics include the purpose of SMIS, completing the Mishap Report, FAA Form 3900-6, generation of OSHA's Form 300, Log of Work-Related Injury and illness, and OSHA's Form 300A, Summary of Work-Related Injury ad Illinesses. Training will be available on eLMS and the National CBI Platform. Revised April 11, 2013 to establish new curriculum. Content remains the same. | |||
