| The Program Management Using Earned Value Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) course is designed to prepare individuals and teams for organizing, planning, executing, and closing out Integrated Baseline Reviews. This dynamic course provides Government Agencies and supplier companies a training opportunity designed to prepare a program team to successfully conduct an IBR. The course provides guidance and helpful hints for planning and executing an IBR that will result in a mutual understanding between the customer and the supplier of the programs objectives, plan, risk, and mitigation actions. The course includes a session to document program specific risks and issues to be addressed during the IBR and introduces the industry standard ANSI/EIA-748-A, Earned Value Management Systems that establishes the guidelines that govern program management systems based on earned value management. | |||
