| This training is for the implementation of a new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) reached between the Professional Aviation Safety Specialist (PASS) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The new FAA/PASS CBA covering over 7,000 ATO employees was implemented December 16, 2012. The new CBA has substantially changed since 2000, having many new articles and provisions.
