The focus of this effort is to increase communication effectiveness, build an understanding of self and others and reinforce behaviors that create a team oriented workplace amid change. Offers insights into specific leadership competencies that are needed to connect in positive ways with others. Activities in the workshop demonstrate why positive, constructive behavior is important for productive relationships, building and maintaining trust, and creating a cohesive team. CPF has been created to explore leadership effectiveness through the lens of MBTI and other principles for high performing teams. Participants will be engaged in both individual and team discovery through many forms of learning activities, discussion, watching video clips, demonstrating concepts, personal reflection and group work. | |||
