Influencing Our Performance Culture provides essential developmental support for leaders, in a proven, phased format with key milestones along the way. During this two-phase course, participants will gain a deeper understanding of their leadership style, set development targets to improve performance, and apply a proven model of leadership effectiveness to meet these goals. During phase one, participants complete a 180 degree assessment based on feedback from their direct reports along with a self-assessment. Data is collected electronically and provides information on their personal attributes, behavior in the workplace, leadership styles, and the environment they create for their teams. During phase two, participants attend a group session where they address four interrelated factors essential to leadership effectiveness: Motive and values Demands of the job Leadership style Organizational climate Participants will receive individual consultations where they review their personal feedback and understand it in the context of business challenges, prioritizing areas to address, and developing plans to improve performance
