| This web-based course is accessed through www.fai.gov. This online self-paced course is for all acquisition workforce members (FAC-C, FAC-COR, and FAC P/PM) and consists of eight (8) individual activities that students can complete in any order. Recognize cultural barriers to innovation and ways to address them (e.g., by adopting an innovative mindset). Identify authoritative sources that empower and/or encourage acquisition innovation, such as FAR 1.102-4, and acquisition innovation advocates. Leverage resources and tools that support use of innovative practices and technologies by acquisition teams, including the Periodic Table of Acquisition Innovation, labs, and the acquisition innovation hub. Upon completion, be sure to provide your learning coordinator with a copy of the proof of completion for recording in eLMS. | |||
