| This course provides training on distance measuring equipment in general. This is a 24-hour web-based (Blackboard) course. Subjects include DME concepts, terminology, theory of operation, familiarization of the various units of the DME system consisting of the transponder, monitor, test unit, and the control unit and an analysis of the system functional block diagram.
