| This high-impact, 120-minute workshop empowers participants to explore what helps them be at their best, giving them a language and tools to understand their talents and maximize their professional potential. Based on Gallups CliftonStrengths Assessment and framework, this session will help participants identify innate talents, recognize the difference between talents and strengths, and intentionally implement a strengths-based approach to career development. Learners will receive a unique access code to complete the CliftonStrengths Assessment prior to the workshop and will come to class ready to leverage their CliftonStrengths Top 5 to engage their strengths and claim their career drive. | |||
