| This is Phase II Training for the implementation of the Article 48, Collaborative Working Group (CWG). It will consist of a pilot session and a series of 17 Facilitator led training sessions. The sessions will take place over 13 months at various US locations. The target audience: ATO Facility Managers and Facility Union Representatives (FACREPs). IBC will develop the Facility Manager and FACREP on the CWG process and give them the opportunity to develop their plan of action upon returning to their facility.
