This course provides training for ARTCC SOC NAS personnel on the ERAM (ES3) configuration. The course is 165 hours Academy Lecture and 187 hours Academy Laboratory. Subjects include EAS Architecture, Data Flow, Operational/Support/Test & Training Resource, Operational Software Management and Reconfiguration, Release Management, Operational/Support Problem Determination/Resolution, ATC Impacts, Radar/ADS-B Concepts, RAPPI, SDP, FDP, Tracking, CPDLC, EAS/O, RTQC, CFAD/CRAD/ADSS/CPDLC OLC, RARRE, and QARS Analysis. The 2101-ATSS-EAS-RCT eLMS Curricula will be automatically assigned to students on successful completion of this training.
