| This On-the-Job Training (OJT) program provides Technical Operations supervisors and instructors with a structured framework to plan and execute comprehensive field training for the Second-Generation Conventional VOR (FA-9996). The curriculum is divided into two primary sections focusing on CVOR Maintenance and Battery Maintenance. Through a combination of self-study and instructor-guided technical training, participants will gain the proficiency required to perform maintenance and operational tasks across several critical areas, including site safety and coordination, system interfaces, system operation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and flight inspection.
