BB-WBT 2024-03-11
This course is designed to introduce new-hire ATSSs to the basic electronic knowledge and procedures necessary for working with electronic direct current (DC) equipment. Key topics include electromotive forces, schematic diagrams, Ohm's Law, and power calculations. Additionally, ATSSs will explore DC series and parallel circuits, inductance, and DC motors. As with all electronic systems, the operational life and reliability of DC equipment depend on the care and skill of the technical personnel responsible for maintenance.
