You will learn how to navigate the Requirements Identification Tool (RIT) in the Comprehensive Management Resource Information System (CMRIS) in order to view, sort, and add training requirements to address a technicians training needs. You will walk away with the capability to prepare better employee training plans, not only for CY24, but also for subsequent yearstraining plans as well. | |||
