This course is Out of Agency Training (OAT) for the Kohler K135 Series -KD27V12 / KD45V20 Service Level 2, for technicians maintaining the ACEPS II Phase II. The three (3) day course will be conducted by Kohler, at their training facility. Training topics build on the Kohler Level 1 OAT and include more in-depth lecture/lab on system maintenance procedures and intervals. Course topics include, cylinder head cover, Valve clearance, Power unit - Viscose damper, Fuel & Injection system, cooling system (thermostats, water pump, radiator), air (Inlet manifold, intake pipe, charge air lines, connecting lines, exhaust gas hub, turbochargers, lubrication, crankcase ventilation), and KODIA - Technician Level access.
