| This item will be used for Academy Instructor class monitoring. The monitor will use the checklist to provide feedback regarding classroom instructional effectiveness. It is intended to help instructors identify areas of strength and weakness and to provide recommendations for enhancement of instructional skill. When used by the monitor, the completed checklist shall not be used as, or included in, the Instructor's annual performance evaluation. However, this may be used by the Academy Instructor's manager/supervisor during the semi-annual instructor evaluations. | |||
