| This training is required for those who will be on Tower Assessment Teams and will focus on teaching the student how to perform the actual inspection/assessment of a tower (guyed and self-supporting), from both a maintenance and safety standpoint. The student will learn the criteria required to deem a tower safe to climb, and how to inspect a guyed and self-supporting tower per FAA Order JO 6930.25A. The student will learn how to document tower information, tower inspection data and tower safety-related data into the Unstaffed Infrastructure Sustainment(UIS) Asset and Fall Protection System. | |||
