| Onan Power Command Control 3100: The purpose of this course is to provide training on the Power Command 3100 control, Operation, Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Repair. The course will include classroom instruction, hands on instruction and class interaction to build the skills and knowledge needed to operate and maintain the Genset for the FAA facility requested. Introductions and class description 1) Student and Instructor orientation and class Purpose Introduction to the Power Command 3100 control 1) Overview of the Genset control. 2) Component location and purpose. 3) Control capabilities. 4) Hands on Intro to Genset Service Manual 1) Manual content and Highlights Power Command 3100 Control Interface and Control Menus 1) Operation of Control 2) Menu navigation Power Command 3100 Control Operation 1) Sequence of operation 2) Control Prints and Interpretation 3) Service Manual Prints Troubleshooting 1) Control Troubleshooting 2) Basic Engine Troubleshooting 3) Alternator Troubleshooting 4) Techniques Maintenance 1) Genset maintenance, Control and Engine Upon completion of the course there will be Hands on task to demonstrate troubleshooting skills and techniques.
