COURSE 2009-01-23
This course is for all WSA electrical workers. It will cover all OSHA, FAA, and NFPA 70E policies, regulations and procedures. It provides the student their academic portion of the Qualified Person certification in Electrical Safety. These students will be provided information on OSHA regulations and FAA policies and procedures Hazardous Energy Control, also known as LO/TO. They will also cover all aspects of high voltage equipment and their hazards. Go in depth in regards to Arc Flash hazards, how to protect yourself with proper PPE, how to successfully calculate the volts and more.
