| This course is designed to provide the students with information, knowledge, and skills in the administration and management of an air traffic facility. The target audience includes those individuals who have been selected for their first air traffic facility manager's position. This course consists primarily of facilitated instruction methods using technical training materials specific to the management of an air traffic field facility. Participants receive training on the management of an air traffic facility, including roles of a manager, human resource management, quality assurance, facility training, facility evaluation, labor-management relations, conduct and discipline, and leadership. This item provides 48 hours of credit toward FAAs continuing management education (CME) requirement for managers. | |||
