| This course is designed to ensure better communications between crewmembers and focus on developing crewmember team skills; concentrate on crewmembers' attitudes and behavior and their impact on safety; provide opportunities for crewmembers to practice the skills necessary to be effective team leaders and members, and to ensure CRM becomes an inseparable part of the organization's culture.
