| This course provides participants with instruction in Crew Resource Management (CRM), while reinforcing aspects of leadership, communications, conflict, aeronautical decision making, attitude, and performance. The materials presented in this course comprise one part of the total CRM training needed for personnel participating in this training. The second part FAA12072 and the first part must be completed within an 18-month period for the participant to receive full credit for this CRM recurrent training.
