The training consists of approximately 4 hours of computer-based instruction (CBI) and 2 hours on-the-job training and includes a performance check at the end of the training. The CBI covers basic system architecture and characteristics, components, and instruction on the three applications within TDLS: 1) Pre-Departure Clearances (PDC); 2) Flight Data Input/Output (FDIO); and 3) Digital Automatic Terminal Information Services (D-ATIS). | |||
