| SMS has the capability to expand levels of operational safety well beyond regulatory minimums by treating safety as a core business enterprise. SMS is now required by ICAO for all safety organizations. This course consists of lecture, case studies, exercises, and workshop. Participants will learn high level SMS concepts each morning and work with the course instructors in the afternoon to create a customized SMS Manual for their organization.
