| Supports sorftware build S6R8Q using QWERTY functionality. This course is designed to teach facility CADRE learners the operation of the Standard Terminal Automation Replacement System (STARS) in Full Service Level (FS/FSL) and Emergency Full Service Level (EFSL) modes with QWERTY keyboards. Materials from CBIs57400_S6R8Q/57402_S6R8Q and CADRE Course 59402_S6R8Q are to be used by facility cadre to develop Course 55402_S6R8Q and tailor the materials to site needs. The course provides theoretical and practical instruction in the operation of the STARS Terminal Controller Workstation (TCW) and Tower Display Workstation (TDW) in both modes. This course consists of an introduction to STARS and 38 lessons covering all aspects of operation of the TDW and TCW. The course provides 37 lab sessions to provide students practical training in all aspects of STARS. Topic acronyms include GSI Filters, TSAS, TBFM, TPA, ATPA, DSA, PRM-A, FMA, CRDA, MASZ, and FUSION.
