| The Air Traffic Leadership Development Program (ATLDP) is a joint venture between Air Traffic Services and the Employee Development Group within Management Services. The goal is to provide Certified Professional Controllers (CPC) with the opportunity to explore the Operations Supervisor (OS) role in the ATC operation and develop basic leadership competencies to prepare for the role. Attendees complete a week-long leadership workshop and a day-long shift simulation, as well as engage in self-directed development activities. The program lasts approximately 6 months. | |||
