| The Inspector Training System (ITS) is a comprehensive new system to manage the training of aviation safety inspectors at a national civil aviation authority. This 10-day course focuses on training system management and includes ICAO requirements, resource allocation, recruitment, formal classroom training course requirements, inspector training profiles, record keeping, and final qualification standards for both operations and airworthiness inspectors. The ITS focuses on training system implementation and the actual delivery of OJT. The course is intended for both flight standards managers and instructor personnel.
