| Module 2: Stages of Change The introduction of a major change effort can be stressful. It challenges your comfort with the status quo and can result in producing numerous emotional reactions. While everyone within the organization is expected to follow a similar transition path, not all adapt to change at the same pace. This module is designed to review and explore this highly individualistic journey of change. It covers popular stages of change (Fishers Change Transition; Bridges Individual Transition; and time permitting, Rogers Innovation Adoption), normal emotional responses, and how to identify where your team members are in the change process.
