This course is the second of two required courses in the ASE Airframe Engineering training series. It builds on concepts introduced in Part 1 and reinforces discipline-specific knowledge for FAA Airframe Aviation Safety Engineers (ASEs). The course focuses on applying regulatory guidance from FAA regulations, orders, and advisory circulars (ACs) in the context of certification and continued operational safety (COS). It introduces key service products associated with certification and COS. Instructional methods include lecture, student participation, practical exercises, collaborative discussions, and assessments. Completion of both Courses 27200094 and 22000094 is required to receive credit for completing ASE Airframe Engineering training. Internal Audience: This course is intended for Aircraft Certification Employees. External Audience: This course is available to non-FAA personnel.
