| This course covers the policy, roles, and responsibilities of AVS personnel who manage delegated organizations under FAA Order 8100.15, Organization Designation Authorization Procedures. It also describes the purpose and function of the Organization Management Team (OMT) in providing oversight to delegated organizations and discusses effective strategies and resources for working with ODAs. Target Audience(s): The following AVS personnel: Individuals in management with assigned OMT Leads or Core OMT members. Individuals that will be assigned as OMT Leads. Individuals that will be assigned as Core OMT Members.
