| This is a one-hour WBT overview of the new Tech Ops Path to Certification OJT/PE process in eLMS as it relates to Observers (OJT Instructors and PE Examiners). A Path to Certification refers to tracking training leading to certification authority. This will be an end-to-end demonstration of how the Task functionality in eLMS will be used with Tech Ops OJT and PE items. TheObserver will learn how to complete a Task Checklist, record a successful completion, and record unsuccessful completion.
